So we accepted Brendan's Fixed price quote to come and put the finishing touches/corrections to our complete house renovation. This involved rendering and detailing the new porch and relaying the pathway. Modernising the 1980s bin store to accept taller modern bins whilst making a sliding door from scratch. Refurb the garage including replaster paint and fitting a kitchen at the back of it . Then various small projects such as putting new fencing up.
